Police were called to Olof Palmes Street due to a man sexually harassing a woman outdoors. The woman was helped by passersby who held the man until the police arrived at the scene. In connection with the intervention, suspicions arose that the man was under the influence of narcotics and he was taken in for a blood test. The man in his 30s is suspected of minor narcotics offense for personal use as well as sexual harassment.
