A driver refuses to stop at a police checkpoint. The police patrol decides to follow the vehicle in order to stop it. A decision is made to use a spike strip in an appropriate location to stop the vehicle. 

When the vehicle is stopped, the driver, a man under 18 years old, is apprehended, suspected of driving under the influence of narcotics, unauthorised driving and reckless driving.
