A 45-year-old man has been arrested in Vrigstad suspected of robbery and minor narcotics offenses. He is said to have attempted to steal a bicycle from a 70-year-old man in central Vrigstad. The police were called to the scene and were able to apprehend the perpetrator in the vicinity. The victim has been treated by ambulance personnel and taken home.
