At 23.30, the police are alerted by a vigilant driver who sees a car wobble on highway 55, near Yxtaholm, in Flen. The police can reach and stop the car. The driver, a 55-year-old man, is intoxicated and suspected of drunk driving.

At 03.00, the police are alerted about an assault in an apartment in central Oxelösund. The parties involved are a man and a woman who have a relationship with each other from before. The man is arrested, suspected of assault on the woman. The assault is said to have occurred inside the apartment. The woman has not needed hospital care.
