Police patrol is alerted to the location where a 75-year-old woman has been robbed of her handbag, an unknown person has cycled past her and taken her handbag from the basket on her walker. The patrol interviews the woman and checks the park and its surroundings but finds no suspect.

An hour later, the woman calls again and reports that she sees the suspected person at the park. The police are sent there and can apprehend a 35-year-old man. The man is now suspected of robbery and will be questioned about the incident.
