Reports come in about two men being seriously assaulted at a campsite in Johannisberg.

A father and his 20-year-old son are exposed to kicks and punches from several perpetrators while they are on the ground.

After the assault, the perpetrators flee the scene.

Police patrols speak with the victims and witnesses on the scene, as well as search without results for the suspects in the surrounding area.

Both victims are taken to the hospital for care with unknown extent of injuries.

A report of suspected aggravated assault is drawn up by the police.
