Reports came in that a motorcycle was being driven recklessly on E4 at the height of Knivsta. The police were dispatched and stopped the motorcycle, and the driver blew positively in the police's breathalyzer.

The driver, a man in his 60s, was taken in for further testing and was suspected of gross drunk driving and minor narcotics offenses for personal use. He was taken into custody in accordance with the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons, LOB.
