When the patrol arrives, the ambulance has loaded a person who is said to be the driver and left the scene. It is supposed to be a 25-year-old man and he has no visible injuries and claims not to be in pain anywhere but is frightened. Another patrol is ordered to the hospital to meet the ambulance and to talk to the driver about what has happened.
