A man who cycled on Centralbron has been stopped by police and is being checked at the moment.
The control creates certain queues locally but it will be clear shortly. The man had left his bicycle on the road and it will be driven away from the scene.
It is currently unclear whether the police assess that any crime has been committed. No person has been injured.
