Driver suspected of crime in connection with traffic accident.
In Norrstrand in Karlstad, an accident occurred this morning between two drivers.
One party, a man in his 50s, is considered to be responsible for the accident. Suspicion concerns failure to observe the right of way and causing bodily harm.
The plaintiff complained of pain after the collision. Investigation is ongoing.
