The police were informed of the accident on July 31 at 12:11 by a doctor after the event, since the police had not been called to the accident site at the time of the accident.

A short time after the police were informed of the accident, the injured man died on August 1. Relatives have been informed of the death.

An investigation into causing death to another person has been initiated.
