Police are contacted regarding a man who is staggering on a road in Umeå.
The man is apprehended with support from the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons (LOB). Suspicion arises of minor narcotics offenses, personal use and possession. A blood test is to be performed and a report is to be drawn up.
