The police received a report of a suspected drunk driver on E4 in Knivsta. At a check of E4, a patrol came into contact with the car at the height of Tierp.
The police stopped the vehicle at Dragon Gate and the driver was taken in for a blood test.
The driver will be reported as suspected of gross drunk driving.
