On Sankt Görans hospital a man has locked himself in a toilet and thereafter the fire alarm has gone off. Just before the police arrive at the scene the order guards manage to open the door. The man appears to have both lit and smoked inside the toilet. The man, who is in his 40s, is apprehended for vandalism and narcotics offense own use.
