January 8, 07.46, Traffic accident, infection from, Gävle

Alarm was received about a traffic accident on E4 near Axmartavlan. According to callers, a car had driven into the median and blocked the road. When the patrol arrived at the address, the driver had left the scene and the car was towed away. 

There are no reports of personal injuries in connection with the incident.

A report of fleeing the traffic accident scene was made since the driver did not report damage to the guardrail and poles.

Regarding E4 in Gävleborg County. 
It has fallen a lot of snow along E4 in the county during the morning and afternoon, and it has been slippery in several places. The police therefore urge all drivers to exercise caution.
