A car that the police are supposed to check on highway 850 does not stop and continues to drive. After a short while, the car that did not stop collides with another car and then the journey comes to a halt. The driver, a man in his 35s, is arrested on suspicion of gross drunk driving. A tow truck is ordered for both cars. The passenger traveling in the suspected driver's car is taken to the hospital by ambulance.
