A truck and a car have collided outside Ödåkra. The truck is said to have backed out onto the road that the car was traveling on and in connection with this, the collision occurred.

The driver of the car is being taken to hospital by ambulance.

The truck driver is arrested on suspicion of causing bodily harm and reckless driving.
