28 January 13.05, Theft/burglary, Strömsund

Reports are coming in about a break-in at a residence in a village in Strömsund Municipality. The police are heading out both by car and helicopter and three cars are found north of Östersund. They are stopped and checked.

Four people, three men and one woman, are traveling in the cars. They are arrested on suspicion of aggravated theft through break-in. The cars they are traveling in are seized. Further work is being done in the investigation, including interviews and crime scene investigation.

The prosecutor has been contacted and a decision has been made to detain the four people.
