During a vehicle stop at Arlanda, the car owner, a 45-year-old woman, is checked. Her vehicle is a five-year-old car from a premium manufacturer, and questions arise about how she has had the opportunity to acquire the car. For example, her income is very low, among other things, she has been taxed zero kronor in earned income for two years in a row. 
The car is therefore seized within the framework of the Act on Independent Confiscation.
