A woman in her 80s has received an SMS with information about unpaid bills from a payment service. The woman has since spoken with the scammer by phone, who said that someone had created an account and that purchases had been made. A person then came to the woman's home and she has lost jewelry. The police are searching for the perpetrator, but no one is currently in custody. An investigation into fraud has been initiated.
