A police patrol stops and checks a car and upon checking the driver, a 60-year-old man, it turns out that he lacks the right to drive the car and the patrol suspects him of being under the influence.

The man is allowed to go with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed the offense of drunk driving.

He is at present also suspected of gross unlawful driving.
