18:23 The driver of the motorbike has been taken to hospital by ambulance. He was awake and able to speak but experienced pain in one foot. 

19:43 The police will write a report on illegal driving. This because the driver, a boy in his upper teenage years, drove a motorbike without a driver's license or the right age. The motorbike has also been seized.
