In the southern police region, there have been three reported thefts in recent times, one of which was an attempted theft. These have occurred in Örkelljunga, Älmhult and Osby. The suspicion is that the cars are stolen in order to be transported abroad afterwards. 

Owners/users of this type of car are urged to be extra vigilant with their vehicles. The police also want to urge the public to report any suspicious activity surrounding these cars. This can, for example, involve a car of this type parked in an unusual location.

It is also of the utmost importance for the police's work that all attempts at theft of these vehicles are reported.
