Result of forensic medical examination in the noted case, Sorgenfri.
The man who was found dead after a fight at Stenkulaskolan in Malmö on the first of October this year died of a underlying illness, the forensic medical examination which has now been completed shows.
During the investigation a large number of witness statements have been collected and surveillance footage has been analyzed. The investigation concludes that a confrontation took place between the man and a group of young people near Stenkulaskolan. In connection with the confrontation a push was given to the man. The man then went towards Branteviksgatan where he was later found deceased. The forensic medical examination shows that the given push had no impact on the outcome of the case.
The case, which was previously investigated as a murder, is therefore reclassified as a death without suspicion of a crime.
