Intoxicated woman taken into care at shopping center.

During the afternoon, the police are contacted regarding an intoxicated woman at a shopping center in Umeå. The woman is said to have screamed and acted erratically.

A police patrol is dispatched and takes her into custody according to the LOB, the law on the care of intoxicated persons.
