Police and the fire department were alerted to Svanbygatan in Tierp when a car began burning on a parking lot outside a pizzeria. On the scene, the police could confirm that the burning vehicle had been reported stolen earlier in the evening from central Tierp. It is unclear how the vehicle began burning, but the fire is suspected to have been set and a report of damage through fire has been filed. Another vehicle parked next to it has been damaged by the fire. 

No one is suspected or arrested in the matter.
