Alarm calls are coming in to SOS that two passenger cars have collided on road 163 in Kville.

An ambulance checks one of the drivers, a 40-year-old man, on the scene and makes the assessment that he is not in need of hospital care. The other driver, a 70-year-old woman, receives a fine for not observing the right of way.
