Police are ordered to a bar/restaurant in central Västerås following an alarm about a break-in.

When the patrol arrives at the scene, it is discovered that the premises appear to be smoke-filled and that the sprinkler system is spraying water. A windowpane to the premises has been smashed.

No information about anyone being injured in the incident.

The scene is cordoned off pending a technical investigation.

The patrol files a report regarding arson. No person is being detained in the matter.
