A man uses a hacksaw to steal copper pipes and -cables at a construction site in Roslags-Näsby. The goods are loaded into a car with different registration numbers front and back. He then drives away from the scene but does not get far before a patrol finds and stops him. 
The man is in his 50s and is among other things suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and theft. The stolen goods are returned to the construction site.
