The police have conducted a number of checks on individuals and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

23:02 Assault, Sundsvall
Police go to Bredsand due to reports of a disturbance. A man in his 20s is apprehended suspected of threatening two other men with a weapon. An interrogation is held and the prosecutor decides to detain the man suspected of gross assault and gross breach of the knife law. There are no reports of personal injuries in connection with the case.

06:10 Drunk driving, Sundsvall
During a traffic check on E4 at Njurunda, a driver, a man in his 50s, blows positively in the police's screening instrument. Further sampling is performed and a report is to be drawn up regarding drunk driving.

Two wildlife accidents have been reported to the police during the night and morning. There are no reports of personal injuries.
