Police are called to check on a man, unknown to the driver, who gets into a car. The man is found during the check and taken into custody for intoxication under the Care of Intoxicated Persons Act (LOB). 

A report is filed for a gross violation of the Knife Act after a patrol finds a sharp weapon on the suspect.
