On Sveavägen, a car driver collides with a 40-year-old man who is riding an electric scooter when the car driver turns out of a parking lot.
The man with the electric scooter is injured in his back among other things, but is awake and able to speak after the collision.
The car driver, a 45-year-old man, is suspected of reckless driving in traffic.
When the electric scooter is checked by the police, it is found that it has a higher effect than allowed and that it therefore should be classified as a vehicle that requires a driver's license. The scooter's driver lacks such a license and is suspected of unauthorized driving. The electric scooter is seized at the same time.
