During the afternoon, the police were alerted about a man injured in Timrå. A man in his 20s is said to have been subjected to a serious assault outdoors. Shortly thereafter, the police can arrest two men suspected of the crime, one in his 40s and the other in his 30s. The injured party is taken to medical care by ambulance, the extent of the damage is unknown. However, he was awake and able to speak. 
Usual investigative work is ongoing, including interviews and a crime scene investigation. 

The arrested men are now detained. 

At present, no further information can be given in the matter.
