Information to the public ahead of Sunday's football match.
On Sunday at 14:00, IFK Norrköping will host visiting Djurgårdens IF in Allsvenskan at Platinumcars Arena.
Many people will be on the move in the city and around the arena before and after the match on Sunday. The match will result in traffic disruption on streets near the arena, along Södra promenaden and down to the transportation center. It may take a bit longer than usual to get around. If you have the opportunity, it would be good to leave the car at home and instead walk, cycle or take public transport to and from the arena.
Some places in central Norrköping may be temporarily closed to minimize the risk of disturbances. The police will also have UAS (drones) active near the arena to have a good overview from the air.
We would like to remind you that the use of pyrotechnics is illegal. Furthermore, face masks are also prohibited at sports events according to the law. If the current laws and regulations are not followed, and you participate in criminal activities or other disturbances related to the match, you risk being arrested and banned from future sports events.
