Sunday, August 24, at 16:30, MFF and IFK Göteborg will play an Allsvenskan football match at Eleda Stadium in Malmö. Police Region South has assessed that the current match should be handled within the framework of a so-called special event. 

The Police Authority, Police Region South, Police District Malmö have decided to camera monitor parts of Malmö with drones (UAS). Camera monitoring may take place during the time coinciding with the sports event, as well as before and after when the purpose of the monitoring justifies that monitoring takes place. 

Monitoring will take place between 08:00 and 23:00 on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
