Quarrels and tumult have arisen at a salon in the Järva area where a customer, a 45-year-old man, is dissatisfied with a treatment. When the police arrive at the scene, information emerges that the dissatisfied customer may have taken money from the salon. 
The customer and a friend of his are apprehended for robbery respectively assistance in robbery.
