A private individual confronts a man using an electric saw to cut up a bicycle lock on Kungstensgatan. The man with the saw claims he is working for the police, which the private individual finds hard to swallow and calls 112.

A patrol checks the man with the saw. He is not working for the police, but is still visited at a police station as he is suspected of attempted theft, receiving stolen goods and possession of narcotics. He was also wanted as he was supposed to attend an interrogation.
