Umeå, police contacted regarding unconscious man in stairwell.
Ambulance drives first to the location. The man wakes up shortly thereafter. He is reported to be intoxicated.
Police are also ordered to the address and the man is checked. Suspected narcotics are found and seized. A report is filed.
