A drunken woman in her 30s opposes being turned away from a nightclub, whereupon the bouncers call the police. The police conduct an interrogation and the woman is taken into custody in accordance with the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons. The surveillance camera is checked and an interrogation of the complainant is carried out. The woman is suspected of violence and insult against a public official, as well as violent resistance, after having kicked, resisted and uttered derogatory words to the bouncer.
