A sober public rings the police and reports that a man has attempted to drive away drunk. The caller is said to have taken the keys from the driver.

The man, who is in his mid-30s, blows positively in the police's control instrument and is suspected of gross drunk driving and unauthorized driving.

Due to the high level of intoxication, the man is apprehended according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons.
