It is a collision between a pedestrian and two people on an electric scooter. All are awake and able to be questioned but one of the people is bleeding from the head. It turns out to be the pedestrian, a 65-year-old man, who has received a blow to the head. He is taken away by ambulance to the hospital to have the injury treated. One of the people on the electric scooter, a 25-year-old woman, is also taken to the hospital by ambulance with a foot injury. The other person on the electric scooter, also a 25-year-old woman, seems to have escaped without injury.

It is unclear which crime classification may be relevant.
