The bus station, the police are alerted to a drunk man on a bus.

The man is supposed to disturb other passengers on the bus. The police go out and find the man. It is assessed that he is too intoxicated to be able to take care of himself. He is taken into custody according to the LOB (Law on the care of intoxicated persons).
