EPA tractor seized.
Just before 02:00, a police patrol notices a EPA tractor being driven at high speed on RV76 in Skutskär.
The patrol performs a vehicle stop and the driver is suspected of reckless driving.
The driver's guardian is contacted and the vehicle is also seized for a technical examination.
