A 60-year-old woman is contacted by a scammer on the phone after clicking on a fake ad on the internet. During the call, the scammer manages to get the woman to install a remote control program on her computer.

Money disappears from the woman's accounts and the police are alerted. Contact is also made with the woman's bank in the hope that the bank can stop the transactions.

A patrol goes to the woman's home and files a report on gross fraud.
