A patrol in Märsta has noted that an electric scooter is being driven at high speed on a bike path next to Valstavägen and conducts a vehicle stop to check the electric scooter and the driver. 
Already from the manufacturer's information on the vehicle, it appears that the maximum speed is 80 km/h and that the power is 3000 watts, both of which are far above the 20 km/h and 250 watts that are allowed for an electric scooter. 
The driver, who is younger than 18 years, is suspected of unauthorized driving and the electric scooter is seized.
