Information came in during the morning that the public had reacted to a youth with a, what is described as, deviating behavior. The person is said to have uttered something verbally that people reacted to, but did not have any weapon or the like on or with them. The person has now left the area.

Police patrols are on site to search for the person and in a safety-creating purpose, but the assessment is that the situation is calm and that there is no danger to the public at all.
