In Hjorthagen stands a woman with dogs and screams outside an address. She seems to want to get hold of someone and is described as aggressive. Police go to the location to check. 
She has moved a bit away from the address but is found by the police and is turned away. As there are reports that she was violent towards her dogs, a report of animal cruelty is written.
