Police are sent to a property on Mirandavägen due to a small fire in rubbish in a stairwell. The resident in the apartment nearest the fire reports that he was attacked by a man and injured with a sharp object in connection with this. The suspect then barricaded himself in an apartment.

Regional intervention force is called to the scene and secures the man. He is arrested, suspected of arson and attempted murder.  

The case is handed over to the prosecutor.
