About the job

If you are passionate about graphics and technology, we have a fantastic opportunity to apply your curiosity and creativity in shaping the future of GPU testing!

Our team focuses on system-level testing of the Vulkan, OpenGL ES and DirectX graphics APIs, developing and analyzing automated test solutions for real-world workloads to ensure our GPUs perform reliably and efficiently across platforms.

The work involves designing and building test automation, developing automated pipelines, and working with modern tools and infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Build your technical expertise in graphics and system testing.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers across multiple fields.
  • Help define how Arm’s GPU technology is tested and validated for millions of users around the world.

What you could be doing as a Graduate?

  • Develop run and debug automated tests for Arm’s Mali GPU driver/HW.
  • Validate graphics performance, functionality, stability, and compatibility at the system level.
  • Support Khronos & Microsoft API certification and test a variety of real applications and games.
  • Contribute to new test frameworks, pipelines, and analysis tools.
  • Collaborate closely with e.g. SW/HW developers, automation engineers and performance specialists across the GPU organization.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Hold (or are on track to hold) a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Computer science, Electrical engineering or a related field by the programme start date
  • Has experience of high-level programming (Python preferred)
  • Has an analytical approach and ability to analyse logs and test results

Qualities that will help your application stand out:

  • Computer Graphics knowledge
  • Experience with shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell preferred)
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with Gitlab CI
  • Understanding of computer architecture

Additional Information:

We encourage early applications as we review them on a first come/first served basis. Please provide an academic transcript as part of your application.

Please note that relocation support is available for this role for domestic moves within the country and regional moves within Europe. Visa sponsorship support is also available for candidates who require it.

In Return:

You’ll receive a starting salary of SEK 555,000 (Master level), alongside a comprehensive rewards package. As you develop in role, you’ll have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm. With mid-year and year-end reviews, you’ll have two formal progression windows each year, recognising your growth.

You can also attend our “Grad-teach-Grads” workshops, guest speaker series, and social events to expand your knowledge. If you’d like to get more involved, you can join the Graduate Committee to further develop your planning, networking, and coordination skills.

You'll be invited to our Global Graduate Conference (GGC) — an annual event where graduates hear from executive leaders, guest speakers, and build lasting connections.

With many of our leaders and technical specialists having originally joined as a Graduate, will you be next?
