Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist for a consulting assignment focused on establishing and maintaining a robust cyber security architecture for a technology platform. The role is responsible for creating a structured security approach for electronic control units (ECUs), sensors, software components, and supporting frameworks. A central part of the assignment is translating platform-level cyber security objectives into clear, actionable requirements for individual systems and components while ensuring alignment with relevant industry standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the platform's cyber security architecture.
• Establish a structured approach for securing ECUs, sensors, software components, and related frameworks across the platform.
• Translate cyber security objectives into clear requirements at both platform and component levels.
• Evaluate suppliers' cyber security capabilities and define appropriate security requirements for procured systems and components.
• Verify supplier compliance with cyber security requirements throughout the procurement process.
• Oversee the secure integration of system components and ensure that required security controls are implemented and effective.
• Collaborate with solution-level cyber security managers, system architects, functional safety teams, and purchasing departments.
• Ensure cyber security measures are aligned with the overall system architecture, system design, and functional safety objectives.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Cyber Security Architecture: Ability to develop and maintain security architecture across a complex technology platform.
• Embedded Systems Security: Experience securing ECUs, sensors, software components, and integrated system frameworks.
